Make an order

Our experienced consultants will be able to guide you through every step of the date, from the selection of a tombstone, the decision-making stage of the inscription, the various designs, the additional elements to the erection of the tombstone in the cemetery.

Step 1: Talk to one of the consultants about the design of the tombstone you have chosen as well as the caption text.

If you are unsure, we can help you in the decision-making process by phone, email, visiting our factory or cemetery.

In some cemeteries, there are different limitations and it is important to be aware of them so that we can proceed to the next stage.

Step 2: When you are completely satisfied with your choice of condition and caption on it, we will confirm the price and ask for a 20% deposit. The amount will be paid by credit card, bank transfer, check or in any way convenient to you.

Step 3: We will then begin the process of manufacturing the tombstone, writing on the tombstone, designing the memorial stone or tombstone of your choice. If you have chosen to put on a photo sign, then we will ask you to send us a good-quality photo by email or cell phone message. We would also ask you to send us 5 photos and 5 videos, in addition to your free text, which will be dedicated to the deceased and uploaded on the personal web page to lift his soul.

Terms of Payment

First payment: 20% – deposit when placing the order (as mentioned above).

Final payment: The balance of the payment will be paid upon the erection of the monument. In other words – you will pay this part only after the tombstone you have chosen has been installed to your satisfaction in the cemetery.
